I have to tune up my workout..I got bored running everyday.I got this and I felt sexy and I got real tone and lost total of 16lbs..I'm now 123lbs and My goal is to be very tone and lean..This is helping me big time..
And I get to give a show to my hubby..that is a given.
Pros:fun and entertaining and easy step by step how to do? and saw results. Cons:need a pole for more tone workouts.
This is my favorite disc out of the whole series because you get more of a workout from it.
This is great for toning your body without actually doing anything that it stressful.
Electra's attitude throughout the series is playful and infectious. She really seems to encourage you from the screen to not only execute the montions properly, but also with your own sense of attitude.
Disc One is very preliminary and basic. It teaches you basic moves and stretches. The dances on it are basic. I was able to master them on the first try and went through the whole disc without breathing heavy or breaking a sweat. Its perfect for easing you in to the series.
I turn to these dvds when I need a bit of mindless aerobic activity. Since she walks you through these steps, its a lot easier than poping in an old Britney Spears music video and teaching yourself the choreography as a work out.
Overall these are playful and fun, but I prefer the 2nd disc.
This one really got me moving, I have enjoyed every time I’ve exercised with it and my abs and legs thank me for it. Give it a try.
PS: Can’t say the same about the other’s in her collection and that is a shame

Unlike the first dvd, Fit to Strip is a very intense workout that is much more challenging than you would expect from this series. The moves introduced in this dvd are designed to produce a stripper's body, and it definitely has the potential to be very effective. In addition to the full upper and lower body workout, there are three sections that offer targetted workouts for other problem areas. A must for those who want a challenging full body toning experience with a pinch of cardio thrown in.

This dvd is a really good buy if you want an aerobic workout that's really fun. The entire warmup and workout are dance-based and you truly don't feel that you've been working out by the time that you're finished. If used in conjunction with her other dvds, this one will prove valuable for cardio workouts on the days when you want to work but take it easy.
